The limited edition Jozsef Stevlik Kosher Slivovitz is a 100% kosher plum brandy whose entire production process is supervised by a rabbi. Thanks to this, it holds the highest kosher rating among other kosher spirits. In addition to Jewish traditions, Kosher plum brandy pays tribute to Jozsef Stevlik, who referred to it as the traditional drink of the Carpathian people.

The Jozsef Stevlik 100% kosher plum brandy is made exclusively from blue plums from small growers in the Satmar region. Each single bottle of Jozsef Stevlik plum brandy contains 6.35 kg of plums and the entire production process is supervised by the Badatz Rabbinical Court.
