Ojo de Dios Mezcal
Maestro Francisso Ortiz from the third generation of producers of this traditional Mexican spirit is behind the production of Ojo de Dios Mezcal. It is made from Espadin, a variety of agave grown in the Mexican region of San Luis del Rio and harvested after 7-8 years when fully ripe. The resulting mezcal has a delicate floral-spicy aroma combined with a captivating dried fruit flavor. A long, dry finish with aftertaste of black tea, tobacco leaves and a touch of sweet smoke completes the experience.
