Russian Standard Vodka

50 ml Russian Standard Vodka 

50 ml dry Vermouth 

Tonic 

Soda 

Ice  

Glass: Long drink glass

Method: Mix vodka and dry Vermouth. Pour the same emount of soda and tonic. Garnish with cucumber slices. 

30 ml  Russian Standard Vodka 

Juice of 1/2 blood orange 

Juice of a 1/2 lime 

8 leaves mint 

60 ml  chilled ginger beer

Chilled prosecco 

Slice of blood orange and mint leaves for garnish   

Method: 

Mix orange and lime juice, vodka and mint leaves.  Mix with ice and let to cool until serving. Pour into the champagne glasses  and pour over the ginger beer and prosecco. Garnish with slice of blood orange and fresh mint.   

40 ml  Russian Standard Vodka 

40 ml  pear juice 

10 ml  lemon juice 

15 ml  banana syrup Giffard liqueurs syrups 

ginger beer

1/2 pear 

Method: 

In a shaker mix pear juice, lemon juice, banana syrup, vodka and ice. Shake it thoroughly and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a fresh slice of pear.
