SOBERANO brandy is produced in the Spanish region of Jerez at the Gonzales Byass winery, which has been granted a license by the Royal Court to produce it. Its secret lies in the oak sherry casks and the traditional distillation method of “criaderas y solera”, based on the continuous blending of new brandy vintages with older ones. The result is a brandy with an unmistakable aromatic bouquet with notes of oak, dry berries and nuts.
